The talk, organized by CEU's Digital Humanities Initiative, will give a bird-eye view of the potentials (and misuse) of the digital arsenal, illustrated with international and own examples of museum applications, particularly related to humanities, such as installation bringing to life poems, a locative app providing a walk in a novel, or digital „take-away” content as alternative for the fridge magnets. The issues of the measurement of success, of digital strategy forming as well as the necessity of interdisciplinary team-work will also be touched upon.
